5 delicious ways to take your Pud to the next level

Just when you thought Pudology couldn’t get any better, we’ve decided to turn things up a notch to get your taste buds tingling. Surely it’s impossible to improve on delicious perfection you say… but oh boy are you wrong!

We thought it was about time to feature some fellow Pudology lovers’ sumptuous twists on our little pots of joy, so check out these inventive creations ranging from rich chocolate bourbon cupcakes to a decadent vegan cheesecake.

Chocolate Quinoa Porridge

What better way to start the day than with this twist on classic porridge. This is a magical chocolate breakfast bowl, topped off with a generous dollop of Pudology Chocolate Pud to make it even more luscious.

Here’s the recipe:

Start by bringing 1/4 cup rinsed quinoa, 3/4 cup tiger nut milk and a pinch of salt to a boil in a pot. Then cook on a low heat for another 8 mins until nearly all the liquid is absorbed. Add 1 tbsp. cacao powder, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. hazelnut butter and 1 tsp. maple syrup, stir until combined. Top with caramel cinnamon apple, cherries, mixed seeds and don’t forget the Chocolate Pud.

This recipe was inspired by the original ‘superfood chocolate bowl’ from @chocolatecoveredkatie.

Decadent Vegan Cheesecake

This vegan cheesecake was topped with a Chocolate Orange Pud to add a silky-smooth layer of chocolatey goodness. YUM! Use our Puds to top your favourite cake or cheesecake.

Rich Chocolate Bourbon Cupcakes

As if Pudology wasn’t indulgent enough, the clever Holly Jade from The Little Blog of Vegan created these yummy vegan cupcakes using one pot of Chocolate Pud as frosting. Check out the recipe and remember to replace the frosting from the recipe with Pudology’s Chocolate Pud.

Dreamy Vanilla Mouse

This would make the perfect special dessert – remember that festive season is almost upon us! Creamy vanilla mouse topped with Pudology Deeply Decadent Chocolate Pud, cake crumbs, whipped cream and finally some chocolate granola – not for the faint hearted!
