How to keep kids happy this summer: a healthy, free-from ice cream recipe with just three ingredients.

Are you in need of a cheap, simple way to keep the little ones happy and healthy?

The summer holidays are already upon us and we have been treated to an unprecedented amount of sun, so finding something that will cool everybody down (without the scary additives) is exactly what you need.

We have put together an easy, affordable recipe for chocolate ‘ice-cream’ that will keep kids and grown-ups satisfied.

The best part? It includes a whole portion of fruit in one serving! It’s also quick to throw together, free-from dairy and gluten and is made with just three ingredients.
Don’t be surprised if you have people begging you to make this over and over again – it’s a firm favourite at Pudology HQ!

Chocolate Banana ‘Ice Cream’

Yield:
4 servings

Ingredients:
4 chopped bananas
1 pot of Pudology
2 tbsp Soya Milk (can use any dairy-free milk but soya gives the creamiest ice cream consistency)

Method:
Chop the bananas and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Once frozen, put into a high-powered blender along with the soya milk and Pudology ganache. Reserve 2 tbsp of the Pudology ganache.
Blend the ingredients and return to freezer for at least two hours, preferably overnight. Before serving, melt the leftover Pudology dessert in a saucepan over a low heat. Serve ice cream in cones or dishes and drizzle with melted Pudology ganache for an extra chocolatey kick.
